Outline

  1. Review of the difference between faith and hope.
    1. Hope always deals with the future – always an expectation of things to come, faith makes it real today – gives substance to things hoped for.
    2. Faith reaches into the realm of hope and makes it reality.
    3. Often our confessions are contrary to faith and with God’s word.
    4. There is a difference between being named through the anointing and being named by faith.
    5. The forgiveness of sins qualifies is for healing from our sicknesses and diseases.
    6. When you say you are healed and believe it does not mean you throw out your medications.
    7. Our minds are cleaned by the word of God.
    8. Of you constantly think of ourselves as sick rather healthy we will never activate our faith for healing.
    9. Finally, he was able to mow his yard without medicine.
    10. The world trains us to think contrary to God’s word.
    11. Our minds’ need to change before our bodies’ change.
  2. The Devil’s only power is deception.
    1. God took care of everything on the cross. We often pray for Good to do things that He has already done. Deception keeps us from believing and receiving what God has already done for us.
    2. We need to both believe and confess what God has already done for us.
    3. Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law. Every sickness and disease is a part of the curse.
    4. We often want to blame God for the bad things that happen to us.

    4. David declared the truth of God over his life continually. Do we do that? We need to start proclaiming God over every area of our life.
    5. David had the attitude of beating down his enemies until they were dust, and we should have the same attitude toward the devil.
    6. Our enemy is not people, but the devil. God has delivered our enemy into our hand.
    7. We need to come against sickness and disease and drive it from our body.
  8. The fear of the Lord – to love what He loves and hate what He hates.

    6. Jesus is so far above all others that all things are under His feet. He is the head of all things for the church.
    7. The first time God gave Jesus it was as the Lamb who died for the sins of the world, then He gave Him back as the Lion of Judah, the Lord of all.
