How Big Is Our God

God is bigger than all of your problems and He wants to meet all of your needs.

All of us go through troubles in life, but when we walk with Jesus, He carries us through our trials and meets all of our needs. God wants to both give us a revelation of how great and mighty He is, and He wants to give us a revelation of His love for us personally as He carries us through all of the trials of life and meets every one of our needs.

1. God wants to meet your expectation today.
   1. God wants to meet your needs and for us to experience His love.
   2. God wants to proclaim the authority of Jesus in the world.
2. The question is, how big is our God?
   1. He is amazing and great.
   2. The next question is, what do we believe in our heart?
   3. God does not want us to feel if we do not receive our healing that it is due to our lack of faith. He does not want to heap condemnation on us.
   4. He’s big, He’s bad, He’s the man.
   5. We all face problems that are bigger than ourselves. We may have gone through them in the past, maybe we are going through it now.
   6. No matter what we are going through, the answer is to release it to the Lord.
   7. He is bigger than our problems.
   8. We need to look forward with faith rather than backward with regret.
3. God will not give us more than we can bear.
   1. We need to put our focus on Jesus rather than our problems.
   2. Where do we turn when we are out of our league?
   3. We often discover we have fallen to carnal thoughts when we see carnal results.
4. How do we tap the power of God when our faith is small?
   1. We ask, seek and knock.
   2. If we follow God’s word, it will penetrate the situation.
   3. We need to be steadfast in prayer.
   4. We can all be deceived so we need to be accountable to each other.
5. How do we pay bills that are bigger than our income?
   1. We use a budget.
   2. We look to God for help.
6. How do we conquer enemies who are too strong for us?
   1. We get giddy about Gideon.
   2. Gideon expressed his doubts – God encouraged him to see himself as the Lord saw him.
   3. We need to turn our problems over to God.
7. Do not fear for God is with us.
   1. Fear can come into anything we are involved in and try to disrupt us.
   2. Fear was the first evidence of the fall – they hid because they were afraid.
   3. God wants us to run – not away from Him but to Him.
   4. God was hear before fear came and will be here when it is gone.
8. God is greater than our fears – we need to serve Him wholeheartedly.
   1. Prophetic words are snapshots which need to be developed.
   2. God has plans for our lives.
   3. God is better than our faith.
   4. Believe He loves us and cares about us no matter what is going on.
9. It is not the size of our faith but the strength of our Lord that makes the difference.
   1. God can beat the odds.
   2. If you have socks on, God wants to knock them off of you!
   3. Mountain moving faith rests in our omnipotent God.
   4. He wants to change something in us and light a fire in us.
   5. He wants to use that to ignite the world for Him.
10. God is richer than our debts.
    1. God wants to supply all of our needs.
    2. Our rich heavenly father has no lack of funds.
11. We love God no matter what we go through.
12. God is stronger than our enemies.
    1. It is not a fair fight – it is not even close.
    2. Your family will be victorious if you serve God 100%
    3. We find safety by calling on the Lord.
    4. Christians have the armor of God protecting them.
13. Our victory is insured in the gospel.
    1. It is through serving Jesus, not in our bank account or insurance.
    2. God wants to do signs, wonders and miracles.
    3. God wants His strength and love to be known through us.
14. God wants us to have fulfillment in our lives.
    1. God is able to meet all of the needs of those who trust Him.
