This parody highlights a truth about human nature: we are prone to making poor choices, much like the characters in horror films. Yet, these stories resonate with us because they reflect our creation in God’s image and our longing for salvation.

Consider a fictional scenario where a person lies in a hospital bed after a car accident, battling between life and death. The devil tempts them with visions of paradise, urging them to follow him. As viewers, we cry out for the person to choose life, to resist deception. This imagery speaks to our core, illustrating the eternal battle for our souls and the choices we face daily.
