Natural Law An Aperture To Civility

Exposing Myths, Fables and Untruths

Now, even when a person knows the first principles of Natural Law that ought to be recognized, he/she finds it difficult to apply them with coolness when his/her selfish desires are in conflict. Consequently when selfishness is in conflict, all kinds of injustices have been committed against humanity throughout the eons, such as, the Islamic Jihads. Right now, those of you that hate Christ are screaming what about the Crusades? The proper questions is, are you going to be a sound bite intellectual, or are you willing to face the facts? A myth is not a truth. So, lets compare the lie that the Crusades are the same as Jihad.

Jihad defined: is an Islamic term referring to the religious duty of Muslims to maintain and spread their religion and subdue non-muslims through terror and violence as commanded throughout the Koran, e.g. Sura 9:5 “…kill the non-muslims wherever you find them.” The Crusades were a medieval military expedition, one of a series made by Europeans to recover the Holy Land from the Muslims in the 11th, 12th, and 13th centuries to free their Christian brothers enslaved by the Jihadists.

Which came first, Jihad or the Crusades? The Jihadist movement came first starting in 600 AD to 1920 AD with a combined 548 battles against classical civilization.[i] Keep in mind this is not counting the jihad battles against other regions of the world. During this period Muslim Jihadists enslaved over a million people mostly Christians. Remember, this is a short period of Muslim jihad for it is still enforced by the Sultans of today. When did the Crusades start?

The Crusades began in 1080 AD until 1260 AD with a combined 13 battles in defense to free slaves taken to the Middle East by the Muslim jihadists. There is no comparison between the two. Of course, there were atrocities done by both, but there is no comparison between the crusaders and the jihadists as the myth claims they are the same. Such is the case for the need of a lie for selfish political expediency for power. This is very similar to another lie which is in conflict with the higher nature of humanity that suggest women have a right to abort their babies.

The late Dr. Bernard Nathanson whom I brought to Austin, Texas for a conference in 1986 on the issue of abortion who was instrumental earlier in his life defending abortion rights, later in life he had a change of heart after the film “Silent Scream” was released along with new scientific data on the fetus (Latin for baby). He admitted later in life the data he presented to the Supreme Court was false statistics to advance the right to abort on demand. I might add, the young lady (Norma McCorvey) was represented by Attorney Sarah Weddington in Roe vs. Wade to the Supreme Court that made abortion on demand a Federal Law had a change of heart later as well. The press stated, “McCorvey revealed herself to the press as being “Jane Roe” soon after the decision’s issuance and stated that she sought an abortion because she was unemployable and greatly depressed.” In the 1980s, McCorvey asserted that she had been the “pawn” of two young and ambitious lawyers (Weddington and Coffee) who were looking for a plaintiff with whom they could challenge the Texas state law prohibiting abortion. Norma is now an advocate of pro-life of the civil liberties of the unborn. I cast no stone at anyone for all have sinned and have fallen short, but I am pointing to a higher calling in life and behavior.

Why have some people changed from good to evil and evil to good throughout history? Because humanity has freewill, something animals do not possess. Freewill, the acceptance of good or of evil is what separates us from animals. We are not animals. If you want to act like one so be it.

If a law is passed by the Supreme Court that is against inherent moral laws that law is an unjust law.[ii] The new coming unjust law by our Supreme Court will be pedophile rights. Today some folks think the U.S. Constitution should protect pedophilia.

Recently, Subway’s spoke person, Jared Fogle pleaded guilty on fifteen counts of sexual solicitation to minors. Jared Fogle was just charged with “travel to engage in illicit sexual conduct with minors.” Up to now, the only information in the case was that he allegedly possessed child porn, but the case is far more serious. According to the complaint, between 2010 and 2013, Fogle traveled between Indiana and NYC to engage in sexual acts with minors. The complaint says Fogle paid for minor sex. The complaint says in text messages with one of the 14 minor victims, Fogle said he would accept a 16-year-old girl while stating that “the younger the girl, the better.”[iii]

Right now there is a movement underway for the right to have sex with minors. This group is using the same playbook that passed the right to slavery, segregation, abortion and same sex marriage to change public opinion. Twenty years from now through the reeducation programs conditioning a minority of folks to believe engaging in minor sex is healthy and a right of pedophiles under the constitution; a future Supreme Court will pass a Federal Law to protect their sexual preference. And all of the pedophiles will be dancing in the streets; finally the U.S. Constitution is admitting to their rights as pedophiles. Of course, Thomas Jefferson endangered his life against the Brits for the right of sexual preference.

Like all of us there is a former life and a later life. Thomas Jefferson was no exception. Later Jefferson wrote, “The doctrines of Jesus are simple, and tend all to the happiness of man.”[iv] Again, “The practice of morality being necessary for the well being of society, He [God] has taken care to impress its precepts so indelibly on our hearts that they shall not be effaced by the subtleties of our brain. We all agree in the obligation of the moral principles of Jesus and nowhere will they be found delivered in greater purity than in His discourses.[v] I am a Christian in the only sense in which He wished anyone to be: sincerely attached to His doctrines in preference to all others. I am a real Christian – that is to say, a disciple of the doctrines of Jesus Christ.”[vi] Jefferson’s positive attitude toward Jesus Christ and the Holy Bible was taught in our public schools a generation ago. Unfortunately, the Neo-liberals are creating myths to change public opinion about the influence Christ’s teachings had on our nation.

The neo-liberal revisionists history wants people to believe, Thomas Jefferson the architect of the Declaration of Independence, was at best a Deist. He was no deist according to his own writings. In fact, the majority of the signers of the Declaration of Independence acknowledged the invaluable morality found in the Holy Bible for the foundation of their new country. Let’s look at what another Founding Father of the United States wrote:

George Mason(DELEGATE AT THE CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION; “FATHER OF THE BILL OF RIGHTS) In his own writings he states: “I give and bequeath my soul to Almighty God that gave it me, hoping that through the meritorious death and passion of our Savior and Redeemer Jesus Christ to receive absolution and remission for all my sins.[vii] My soul I resign into the hands of my Almighty Creator, Whose tender mercies are all over His works, humbly hoping from His unbounded mercy and benevolence, through the merits of my blessed Savior, a remission of my sins.”[viii]

Another Founding Father James McHenry wrote: (REVOLUTIONARY OFFICER; SIGNER OF THE CONSTITUTION; RATIFIER OF THE U. S. CONSTITUTION; SECRETARY OF WAR UNDER PRESIDENTS GEORGE WASHINGTON AND JOHN ADAMS) “[P]ublic utility pleads most forcibly for the general distribution of the Holy Scriptures. Without the Bible, in vain do we increase penal laws and draw entrenchments around our institutions.[ix] Bibles are strong protections. Where they abound, men cannot pursue wicked courses and at the same time enjoy quiet conscience.”[x]

Another prominent figure of our U.S. history: Francis Scott Key writes:(U. S. ATTORNEY FOR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA; AUTHOR OF THE “STAR SPANGLED BANNER”) “[M]ay I always hear that you are following the guidance of that blessed Spirit that will lead you into all truth, leaning on that Almighty arm that has been extended to deliver you, trusting only in the only Savior, and going on in your way to Him rejoicing.”

One last Founder: John Jay writes: (PRESIDENT OF CONGRESS; DIPLOMAT; AUTHOR OF THE FEDERALIST PAPERS; ORIGINAL CHIEF JUSTICE OF THE U. S. SUPREME COURT; GOVERNOR OF NEW YORK) “Condescend, merciful Father! to grant as far as proper these imperfect petitions, to accept these inadequate thanksgivings, and to pardon whatever of sin hath mingled in them for the sake of Jesus Christ, our blessed Lord and Savior; unto Whom, with Thee, and the blessed Spirit, ever one God, be rendered all honor and glory, now and forever.[xi] Unto Him who is the author and giver of all good, I render sincere and humble thanks for His manifold and unmerited blessings, and especially for our redemption and salvation by His beloved Son. . . . Blessed be His holy name.”[xii]

The Founding Fathers elevated the immeasurable value of the Holy Bible and the teachings of Jesus Christ. I could continue with more pages presenting the evidence of the Founding Fathers own hand writings and last will and testaments to show their Christian spirit and respect of the morality of the Bible. You have to align yourself with ignorance and must have a malicious spirit to say the Bible is the last place to get morals. It is what you learn after you think you know it all, that really counts. I know that those who are committed to a lie will say, “Don’t confuse me with the facts; I already have my mind made up.” I will never be silent or politically correct, as it would do endless harm to my intellect, reason and faith.
