Establishing the New World Order: A Call to Faith and Action

The concept of a “New World Order” has been a topic of intense discussion and debate in recent times. Many people express fear and concern regarding this idea, often associating it with sinister plots. However, within the context of faith, this concept can be understood as a transformative opportunity—a chance to realign ourselves with the principles of the Kingdom of God. Today, we delve into what it means to establish a New World Order based on faith, hope, and love.

Many individuals possess a profound belief in the power of evil, tyranny, and oppression. This belief often overshadows their faith in God’s sovereignty and goodness. When we focus solely on the negative forces at play in the world, we inadvertently give power to those very forces. It is crucial for us to shift our perspective and recognize that God has a plan that transcends the chaos around us.

The Great Reset: A Divine Perspective

The term “great reset” has been thrown around in various contexts, often with a hint of skepticism. But what if we consider the great reset from a biblical perspective? The greatest reset in history is not a human initiative; it is God’s initiative to redeem, restore, and reconcile humanity through Jesus Christ. This reset began in the Garden of Eden when humanity fell into sin, and it continues as God works to bring about a new creation through the death and resurrection of His Son.

This reset is not merely about individual salvation; it encompasses the restoration of the entire world. The New Covenant, established through Christ, serves as the foundation for this transformation. It is a call to embrace the reality that God is actively working to make all things new. We are invited to participate in this divine reset, which inherently includes hope, faith, and love.

Faith in the New Covenant

A central theme in establishing a New World Order is faith. Many believers struggle with discouragement and hopelessness due to the overwhelming presence of sin and evil. However, we must remember that our faith is not in the power of darkness, but in the power of the risen Christ. The early church thrived under the oppressive Roman Empire because they believed in the transformative power of the Gospel.

Faith is not a passive acceptance of circumstances; it is an active engagement with the truth that God is in control. When we cultivate a robust faith, we begin to see the possibilities that God has for us and the world around us. We must challenge ourselves to break free from the spirit of discouragement and instead embrace the hope that comes from knowing God is at work.

Hope: The Anchor for Our Souls

Hope is a vital component of our faith journey. In times of uncertainty, it can be easy to lose sight of our hope, but we must remember that our hope is anchored in Christ. The Bible tells us that hope does not disappoint, for God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit.

When we lose hope, we lose our vitality. It is imperative to re-inject hope into our lives and the lives of those around us. By focusing on God’s promises and His love for us, we can cultivate a spirit of optimism that propels us forward. Hope inspires action; it encourages us to step out in faith, believing that our efforts can make a difference.

Love: The Foundation of the New World Order

As we consider the establishment of a New World Order, we must recognize that love is the cornerstone of God’s Kingdom. The greatest commandment is to love God and to love our neighbors as ourselves. This love is not merely a feeling; it is an active choice that shapes our actions and decisions.

When we embody love, we reflect the character of Christ to the world. Love compels us to stand up for justice, to care for the marginalized, and to create a culture that values every individual. It is through love that we can build communities that mirror the Kingdom of God. When we prioritize love in our interactions, we create a New World Order that stands in stark contrast to the world’s systems of oppression and greed.

Understanding the Role of the Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit plays a crucial role in manifesting the New Covenant and establishing the New World Order. It is through the Holy Spirit that we receive empowerment to live out our faith, hope, and love. The early church relied on the Holy Spirit to guide them, equip them, and transform their lives.

When we open ourselves to the Holy Spirit, we become vessels for God’s work on earth. The gifts of the Spirit enable us to serve and build up the church, while the fruit of the Spirit reflects Christ’s character in us. It is essential to cultivate a relationship with the Holy Spirit, allowing Him to lead us into a deeper understanding of our calling and purpose.

Prayer: The Key to Transformation

Prayer is a powerful tool that connects us with God and allows us to participate in His work. It is through prayer that we align our hearts with God’s will and seek His guidance in establishing the New World Order. The early church was characterized by fervent prayer, and we must follow their example.

Establishing the New World Order

(Sermon Outline)

1. People have a lot of faith in the power of evil – The great reset and the new world order.
   1. The early church prevailed against the greatest totalitarian empire the world has ever seen.
   1. Before Christmas we began a series that that looks at the New Covenant with relationship to the great reset and the new world order.
   1. This is a series that is ultimately about faith, hope and love! (EXPLAIN)
   1. It is also a series about repentance!
   1. It is a series about understanding God is doing in the world today. (So we can participate)
   1. Part of the challenge is, what do we see when we look at scripture?
   1. Psalm 2:1–9 (NKJV) — 1 Why do the nations rage, And the people plot a vain thing? 2 The kings of the earth set themselves, And the rulers take counsel together, Against the Lord and against His Anointed, saying, 3 “Let us break Their bonds in pieces And cast away Their cords from us.” 4 He who sits in the heavens shall laugh; The Lord shall hold them in derision. 5 Then He shall speak to them in His wrath, And distress them in His deep displeasure: 6 “Yet I have set My King On My holy hill of Zion.” 7 “I will declare the decree: The Lord has said to Me, ‘You are My Son, Today I have begotten You. 8 Ask of Me, and I will give You The nations for Your inheritance, And the ends of the earth for Your possession. 9 You shall break them with a rod of iron; You shall dash them to pieces like a potter’s vessel.’”
   1. What is your expectation concerning this?  EXPECTATION, faith, hope and love are intimately connected.
   1. WHAT SCRIPTURE SAYS ABOUT THIS PASSAGE: Acts 2:32–36 (NKJV) — 32 This Jesus God has raised up, of which we are all witnesses. 33 Therefore being exalted to the right hand of God, and having received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, He poured out this which you now see and hear. 34 “For David did not ascend into the heavens, but he says himself: ‘The Lord said to my Lord, “Sit at My right hand, 35 Till I make Your enemies Your footstool.” ’ 36 “Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly that God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Christ.”
      1. There is much more about vs. 36 that will be for future weeks, but it is extremely important.
2. New world orders are not new in scripture.
   1. 2 Peter 3:3–9 (NKJV) — 3 knowing this first: that scoffers will come in the last days, walking according to their own lusts, 4 and saying, “Where is the promise of His coming? For since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of creation.” 5 For this they willfully forget: that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of water and in the water, 6 by which the world that then existed perished, being flooded with water… 9 The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.
   1. The Fall
   1. Prophetic imagery (sun, moon, stars, etc.)
   1. The Mosaic covenant –Nation &  God covering sin to dwell with men at a limited level.
      1. It was a was a temporary measure until the great reset!!!!
      1. Concerning that Covenant: Hebrews 8:13 (NKJV) — 13 In that He says, “A new covenant,” He has made the first obsolete. Now what is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to vanish away.
3. The New Covenant IS THE NEW WORLD ORDER AND THE GREAT RESET
   1. Hebrews 8:10–11 (NKJV) — 10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put My laws in their mind and write them on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people. 11 None of them shall teach his neighbor, and none his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’ for all shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them.
   1. Ezekiel 36:26–27 (NKJV) — 26 I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. 27 I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will keep My judgments and do them.
4. The Goal of the new world order:  transforming the world by transforming lives!
   1. Romans 8:29 (NKJV) — 29 For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren.
   1. It is all about the kingdom (rule of) God.
   1. Mark 4:30–32 (NKJV) — 30 Then He said, “To what shall we liken the kingdom of God? Or with what parable shall we picture it? 31 It is like a mustard seed which, when it is sown on the ground, is smaller than all the seeds on earth; 32 but when it is sown, it grows up and becomes greater than all herbs, and shoots out large branches, so that the birds of the air may nest under its shade.”

   1. Acts 2:1–2 (NKJV) — 1 When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. 2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting.
